As a hairstylist, salon owner, and educator, I’m passionate about helping fellow professionals elevate their skills and grow their businesses.

This is My Story

I’ve spent over 20 years behind the chair—building a business, leading a team, and perfecting my craft. But the deeper I got into extensions, the more I realized the standard methods just weren’t working for me. The tension, the inconsistent grow-out, the flipped corners—I knew there had to be a better way.

So I created one.

The Polished Method™ was born out of experience, trial, and a commitment to doing things differently. It’s not about trends—it’s about structure, support, and techniques that actually hold. I built it for stylists like me—who care about what the install actually looks like, what the grow-out looks like in the places you can’t see. I want clients to come to my chair and have their grow-out look good—not matted, not sloppy, and definitely not losing their own hair inside the beads.

It wasn’t just my clients—I started seeing the same issues on new guests who had been wearing extensions from other methods. That’s when I knew it wasn’t just me.

And not every client who sits in my chair is just chasing “Instagram hair.” Most are experiencing thinning from postpartum, COVID, or even radiation. That means the method can’t be one-size-fits-all—it has to adapt. It has to support.

Today, I run Polished Mane—a salon and extension company where luxury meets purpose. And now I’m teaching other stylists how to master this method, grow their confidence, and build a business that doesn’t burn them out.
